This notice describes how Imago S.r.l. and AMCO di Cometti Mauro & C snc (hereinafter "Controllers") process personal data of users who visit aimtracevision.com or submit the contact form, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

The website collects personal data exclusively through the contact form. The data voluntarily provided by the user are:

• Name – to identify the sender
• Company (optional) – to contextualise the enquiry
• Email address – to respond to the enquiry
• Message (optional) – content of the enquiry

Purpose of processing: handling information and demo requests. Legal basis: explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the relevant checkbox in the form.

Data entered in the form is transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the hosting server (Netsons S.r.l., Italy) and sent by email to the Controllers. No personal data is shared with third parties or transferred outside the European Union.

The website uses GoatCounter for visit statistics: this is a cookieless analytics system that does not collect personal data and does not require consent under the GDPR.

Data collected through the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, unless legal or contractual requirements apply, for a maximum of 24 months from receipt.

This website does not use profiling or tracking cookies. No cookie banner is displayed because no cookies requiring consent are set. The only active analytics system (GoatCounter) is cookieless by design.

The Controllers reserve the right to update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after any changes implies acceptance of the updated version.
